Bill Gates Once Again Becomes the Richest Man of the World
Bill Gates has remained in the list of the richest people on the Earth with his efforts of trying to give his wealth away in philanthropy and removing diseases like malaria from the world. According to a wealth-tracking website, Wealth-X, Bill Gates is the richest man with ultra-high net worth of $87.4 billion. The website evaluate a person’s net worth by tracking his assets and adjusting “to account for currency-exchange rates, local taxes, savings rates, investment performance, and other factors”. Mr Bill Gates was first included into the list of world’s wealthiest men by Forbes in 1987. From the 1995 to 2007, Gates became the wealthiest men in the world but loose his position in 2008. In 2009 he got his position back. For the next five years during 2009-2014, he ranked as second but after nearly doubling his wealth from $40 billion to $82 billion, he once again ranked as no. one in 2014. The list created by the website contains only the top 50 billionaires in the world with at least $14.3 billion net worth.
